What’s included:

Pre-Session Questionnaire & Food Diary

Four one-to-one coaching sessions over three months

  • Session 1 (up to 2 hours): A deep-dive into your story - exploring your nutrition, health history, lifestyle, and what truly matters to you.

  • Session 2 (up to 2 hours): We co-create a personalised and practical nutrition and lifestyle plan

  • Sessions 3 & 4 (1 hour each): Follow up sessions to review progress, work through any setbacks or challenges, celebrate wins, and adapt your plan as needed.

Sessions can take place in person (Southgate, N14, London) or online, it’s your choice. The cost is at the same rate.

Ongoing Support Between Sessions: This includes weekly email check-ins and unlimited messaging support via WhatsApp or email.

Additional Resources: You’ll receive additional resources and tools to support your journey between sessions.
