What I Offer

All of my coaching programmes are designed for women who want to lose weight in a way that feels realistic, supportive, and sustainable - without restriction, guilt, or the constant cycle of starting over.

I offer three-month coaching programmes in both 1:1 and small group formats. While the delivery differs, the goal is always the same: to help you build lasting habits, confidence, and understanding so you can lose weight, feel better, and continue making progress long after the programme ends.

By the End of the 3-Month Programme, You Will:

One to One Coaching

A three-month personalised coaching programme offering fully bespoke nutrition and lifestyle support, tailored entirely to you. This option provides in-depth, holistic guidance that considers all health concerns, within a private and supportive space. You’ll receive personalised accountability, direct access to me between sessions, and a flexible, individualised approach. Available online or in person, this is the highest level of one-to-one support, designed around your lifestyle, preferences, and health goals.

Group Coaching Programmes (3 month duration) 

Group coaching provides expert guidance within a small, supportive setting designed to keep you motivated and accountable. Programmes are delivered in groups of up to six participants, creating a personal, safe, and interactive environment. You’ll also receive ongoing support between sessions through a private Facebook group, facilitated by me. Delivered online or in person (depending on the programme), these three-month programmes combine professional coaching and education with the structure, support, and momentum of a group setting.

✓ 12 live weekly group coaching sessions (90 minutes each), combining education with interactive coaching
✓ Small groups (maximum 6 participants) to maintain a personalised approach

✓ Private Facebook group for support, questions, and accountability
✓ Option to send in a progress review prior to each session, with a written response from me

Weight Loss & Medication Support

✓ Suitable for adults using weight loss medications
✓ Focused on achieving optimal results while building sustainable habits for long-term success
✓ Starts: Tuesday 3rd March, 8pm to 9.30pm (UK time) 
✓ Online
✓ 12 consecutive weeks (no session on 31st March or 26th May)

What Happens After the 3 Months?

When you complete any programme (1:1 or group), you’ll be invited to join an exclusive Facebook community, free of charge.

This space offers:
