1:1 & Group Coaching For Women
I work with women supporting them to achieve their health and wellbeing goals. I offer both 1:1 coaching and group coaching. The areas that I specialise in include:
Achieving healthy, sustainable weight loss (with or without weight loss medication)
Improving health conditions such as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Diabetes, Migraines, or Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Supporting mental and emotional wellbeing, including low mood, low self esteem, stress, or feeling overwhelmed
Managing emotional and stress related eating, improving energy and reducing cravings.

1:1 Coaching - Four Month Programme
Investment: £480 (Limited time offer - standard price £560)
My four-month 1:1 coaching programme offers personalised, holistic support, combining nutrition, lifestyle, behaviour, and mindset coaching. Coaching is tailored to your health, life, preferences and goals. By the end of the programme, my aim is that you’ll either reach your health goals or make significant progress toward them, alongside gaining the knowledge, practical tools, mindset and confidence to continue your journey independently. Many clients also notice additional benefits, including improved mood, increased energy, greater calm, better ability to manage setbacks, and a stronger sense of control over their symptoms and health.
Sessions are available online or in person, with unlimited direct access to me between sessions for ongoing support and accountability.
The programme includes six one-to-one coaching sessions:
Sessions 1 & 2 (2 hours each): In-depth review of your medical, nutrition, and lifestyle background and diary, personalised education, and collaborative creation of a tailored action plan
Sessions 3–6 (60 minutes each): Progress review, celebration of wins, support through challenges, and ongoing adjustments to your plan
You’ll also receive:
Comprehensive pre-programme preparation, including a health and lifestyle questionnaire and a food and lifestyle diary
Unlimited WhatsApp or email support (responses within 48 hours) between sessions
Minimum weekly WhatsApp check-ins and progress reviews
Tailored session notes and personalised resources
One-year Nutracheck app subscription (optional account link for guidance and accountability)
If you’d like continued personalised support and coaching, you can move on to the 3-Month 1:1 Follow-On Package (£210) which includes:
Three 60-minute 1:1 follow-up sessions
Detailed post-session notes
Unlimited messaging support with me, between sessions, to help you stay consistent and on track
Group Coaching Programmes
My group programmes provide a supportive, practical, and interactive coaching experience, combining evidence based nutrition, lifestyle, behaviour, and mindset coaching. Each programme is carefully structured to help you achieve meaningful, sustainable changes aligned with the programme’s goals, while also benefiting from the motivation, learning, and accountability that comes from being part of a small, focused group.
What All Group Programmes Include
6 live, interactive group coaching sessions (2 hours each)
A health and lifestyle questionnaire completed before the programme (reviewed by me only)
Post-session educational materials
Group support and accountability
Small groups with a maximum of 10 participants
All programmes run over 6 consecutive week
